I wanted to update my own business portrait for all my marketing and social media profiles, so I turned to Image Profile Photography to help me. They invited me to their amazing studio where we first had a coffee and a chat before the shooting began.
Not only do they make you feel very comfortable throughout the shooting process, they were also very helpful in suggesting a particular look for the photos that would reflect my own business – black and white is a particular favourite style of mine anyway, so that fit the bill nicely.

On visiting Image Profile Photography, I was amazed at their setting! The studio is a fantastic converted old mill which is a warm and inviting environment with great views and background music to help put visitors at ease. I felt incredibly comfortable in their space and was made to feel very welcome.
I first had a cup of tea and had a chat about backgrounds. Now when I mentioned to bear in mind I have a photography degree that could've phased them and put them off their stride making them feel pressured. If it did, it certainly didn't show and the results confirm it certainly didn't affect them.
First and foremost Image Profile are extremely confident with their camera equipment and lighting rig. You would expect that.
What you don't always expect from photographers is the ability to share banter, to put people at ease seemingly without any real effort. They manage their subjects with a minimum of fuss but a maximum of humility and authority in seeking the shot they're aiming to achieve.
